Description

Team Lead Test Automation role at Haystack, involving leadership in QA strategy, building modern testing environments, and ensuring quality in digital solutions. Responsibilities include managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage quality assurance efforts, acting as the central contact for test strategy and processes
Plan, implement, and further develop test strategies to ensure the sustainable quality of digital solutions
Build and enhance modern testing and automation environments
Analyze test requirements, develop test concepts, and ensure efficient regression and performance testing throughout the development lifecycle
Identify and document error sources, prioritize measures, and ensure quick and lasting resolution in collaboration with your team
Prepare results and recommendations for stakeholders, present them convincingly, and serve as a mentor and role model for colleagues

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
Proven experience in leading or technically managing QA teams
Excellent degree in a MINT subject (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology), Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of modern QA methods and proficiency with common testing and documentation tools, including test automation
Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
