Description

The Translation Associate Project Manager will manage the lifecycle of cultural adaptation for Clinical Outcomes Assessments at IQVIA. This home-based role involves coordinating translation and linguistic validation projects with vendors and internal teams. The position requires strong organizational skills and experience in linguistics or project management.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of translation projects
Manage LSPs and vendors for translation validation
Coordinate project meetings and draft agendas
Coordinate linguist recruitment and manage SOWs
Communicate with translation vendors for timely delivery
Maintain project documentation including glossaries
Collaborate with instrument developers for translation reviews
Conduct quality checks for completeness and accuracy
Record QA findings and resolve issues
Provide updates to stakeholders on project status
Monitor quality in documentation and deliverables
Manage multiple parallel complex projects
Follow company SOPs and WIs
Partner with other PMs for process improvement

Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Must have prior experience in Linguistic Validation of COAs
Minimum 3 years in Translation, Linguistics, or Project Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Fluency in English is essential
Strong project management techniques knowledge
Strong organizational and time management skills needed
Familiarity with TMS and CAT tools required
Proficient in MS Suite, Visio, Smartsheet, Power BI
Ability to work independently on own initiative
Must establish effective relationships with co-workers and clients
Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy
