Description

We are looking for a dedicated UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences across mobile applications, websites and other platforms. The role involves designing user interfaces, conducting research, building design systems and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. We offer visa sponsorship and flexible work arrangements within a global healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, accessible user experiences for mobile apps and websites
Conduct user research, analyze behavior and translate findings into design solutions
Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components and visual standards
Prepare detailed design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation

Requirements

Minimum of three years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design for mobile and web applications
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar design tools
Advanced spoken and written English for communication with global teams
Ability to conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes and design systems
