Description

Senior UX/UI Designer or Senior Product Designer sought for immediate incorporation. The role combines autonomous UX research and UI work across multiple projects, built around the Figma suite and an AI-driven mindset. Accessibility knowledge and certifications are valued, and English at B2-C1 level is expected. The position is based in Madrid; no concrete project is defined yet.

Responsibilities

Communicate autonomously with clients
Conduct UX research: stakeholder interviews, workshops, co-creation sessions, heuristic analysis, content analysis and benchmarking
Build customer journeys and define the information architecture of the new portal
Define flows and functionalities of the new portal
Design visual UI proposals aligned with the brand look and feel across multiple devices
Create and maintain a design system in Figma

Requirements

Proficiency with the Figma suite (Design, FigJam, Slides, Sites)
Experience with prototyping tools
Knowledge and certifications related to accessibility are valued
AI-driven mindset
Knowledge of code to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs (programming itself not required)
English at B2-C1 level
Ability to work autonomously
