Description

Design role based in Madrid focused on creating user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and brand identity. The position combines user research, wireframing and prototyping with scalable design systems and engaging visuals. The designer collaborates across cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, impactful digital solutions across multiple platforms and devices.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class digital design aligned with business strategy and digital experience goals
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
Analyse digital context and user needs across platform, device, user behaviour and market trends
Create engaging digital scenarios, themes and concepts based on contextual understanding
Develop wireframes, prototypes and visual design specifications to communicate concepts
Continuously improve design across UI, UX, visuals, motion, systems, prototyping and accessibility
Represent Design, build relationships with cross-functional teams and key decision-makers
Communicate digital ideas clearly and persuasively at individual and group levels
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation
Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across multiple platforms and devices
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Design, UX/UI Design or a related creative/technical field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar UX/UI Designer role
Experience with Figma or a similar design tool
User research, wireframing and prototyping experience
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in design environments
Excellent communication skills in English, mandatory; Spanish is a plus
Stakeholder management, diplomacy, attention to detail and ability to work with different cultures
