Description

We are seeking a dynamic Web Developer and SEO specialist to enhance our online presence, improve website performance and drive organic traffic. The role combines technical development with strategic SEO to deliver engaging, accessible digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize and maintain websites on WordPress and other CMS platforms
Implement and optimise SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Analytics
Set up Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions and conversions
Conduct regular site audits and resolve technical issues
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI, software, web and digital projects
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and milestones
Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and external contractors
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in Nepal

Requirements

Proven experience managing software or technology projects
Strong leadership and organisational abilities
Experience managing remote and international teams
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC
Understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure and APIs
Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Implement SEO best practices including keyword research and metadata optimization
Use Google Search Console, Analytics and Tag Manager for performance monitoring
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
