Onepoint, a major French consulting and tech collective of over 4,000 talents, is hiring an Agentic & Product Delivery Manager. The role covers the design, deployment and adoption of autonomous AI-agent solutions based on LLMs, sitting at the intersection of product vision, technical delivery and user adoption. Responsibilities

Carry the product vision of an Agentic solution and manage its backlog: identify business-value features, prioritise use cases, write user stories and adjust the product based on user feedback
Ensure Agentic projects deliver real business value, using agentic technology only where it brings a tangible benefit
Pilot delivery of projects: scoping, planning, execution tracking, reporting, AI FinOps and coordination with technical and business teams
Ensure product, tech, design and delivery coherence by aligning business objectives with technical choices, data constraints and legal challenges
Lead change and foster adoption: animate the user community, organise demos, support upskilling through writing and running training
Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on value, priorities and relevant uses of autonomous agents, and contribute to steering internal assets

Requirements

Strategic and business vision: analyse the value of use cases and link product choices to business objectives
Agile project management: roadmap definition, backlog management and facilitation of Scrum/Kanban rituals
Delivery management: planning oversight, KPI tracking and coordination across multiple teams
Mastery of agents and LLMs: understanding their capabilities, limits, data constraints, model compute and regulation
Knowledge of Agentic AI system implementation: multi-agent architectures, orchestration workflows and tool-based reasoning
Communication and simplification: ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear accessible messages
Experience on AI and LLM projects
Knowledge of LLMOps practices: evaluation, monitoring and lifecycle management
Mastery of delivery tools
Knowledge of large-scale agile governance frameworks: SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model
