Hiring runs at two grades, Middle and Senior, with worldwide remote work within UTC+5

Responsibilities

Own client marketing targets and improve metrics by automating the client's media buying
Onboard the client and set business context: connect full-funnel data and ad accounts, load unit economics, P&L, products, geos and funnels
Adapt prebuilt skills from the catalog to client goals and build new skills when needed
Backtest skills and rule cascades on historical data before they go into production
Explain agent decisions and methodology changes to Heads of UA and CMOs, help client marketers run the agent
Standardize what works into templates reused for the next clients and methodology launches

Requirements

Managed ~$500K+ per month in ad spend hands-on, one channel or a cross-channel portfolio (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Know buying down to the mechanics: account structure, optimization event, creative testing thresholds, scaling and burnout, budget allocation, attribution windows
AI-native: already automated pieces of your own buying with rules, scripts or skills in Cursor / Claude, or over the platform API
Systems thinking: logical chains, cause and effect, structured roadmap and plan explained clearly enough for a team to follow
Client-facing experience: talk to Heads of UA, defend ideas with numbers, facts and experiments, disagree on methodology diplomatically
Turn every proven result into a template, methodology and tools that make the next launch and client adaptation faster
Strong English: confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients

Conditions

Competitive base plus performance bonus tied to results on clients you own, OTE at 100% of plan, gross
Remote worldwide, timezone no further east than UTC+5
Laptop, software and AI tools provided, including Cursor, Claude and Codex
Company covers 50% of the costs of relevant educational activities
