Build trust with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop strong knowledge of the telecom and software products through a structured onboarding program
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, with a clear next step for every deal
Collaborate with outreach, marketing, product and sales leadership to achieve shared goals

Strong command of the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, objection handling, follow-up and closing
Confidence in making phone calls to leads
Tech-savviness and the ability to explain technical products clearly to non-technical clients
Daily experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)

Conditions

Fully remote, long-term role in an international team
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus and additional rewards for exceeding targets
Warm leads provided by dedicated outreach and inbound teams
Structured 1-month onboarding on industry, products and use cases
Paid vacation
Impact-driven work with transparent, measurable results
