Description
Analyst role on the MIGIREF project under the responsibility of the Project Manager of the DGSEI. The position covers gathering user requirements, analyzing functional impacts on the IT system, writing specifications, executing test strategies, tracking anomalies, change management and production support. Candidates need a Bac+5 degree and at least five years of IT project experience, plus good written and spoken English for exchanges with the ECB and other national central banks.

Responsibilities
Gather user requirements and analyze the various functional impacts on the IT system for the MIGIREF project
Write and validate functional specifications and user stories
Develop and execute test strategies
Declare, analyze and track anomalies
Participate in change management by updating documentation and training users
Provide support for production monitoring and users
Follow up production incidents and contribute to their analysis and resolution
Requirements
Bac+5 degree in IT / Finance / Management Control (Business School, Finance Master or Engineering with an IT specialization)
At least 5 years of experience in IT projects
Knowledge of the statistical domain is highly appreciated
Good written English to read and understand documentation coming from the ECB
Spoken English to respond to requests in exchanges with the ECB and other national central banks
