Business System Analyst

A well-established UK charity is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join a small IT and Business Systems team of three. The role covers managing and improving core business systems across CRMs, Point of Sale, Microsoft 365, data, reporting and integrations. The focus is on strong analysis and problem-solving rather than a narrow technical specialism, with ownership of system improvements, testing and user support.
