Description

Muse Group is looking for a Chief Product Officer to turn its standalone music products — learning, playing, creating, publishing — into one connected ecosystem for over 100 million users. This is a build mandate: new portfolio-level product architecture and an AI-native strategy defined almost from scratch, rather than maintaining what exists. The role is fully remote for candidates based in Europe or Cyprus.

Responsibilities

Lead the chapter of turning standalone products into one connected ecosystem
Assemble a connected product across learning, playing, practicing, and creating
Define what AI-native means for the company, starting almost from zero
Protect the product's long-term value from the pull of short-term monetization

Requirements

An established product leader who has worked at portfolio or ecosystem level, not a single product, combining strategic range with closeness to users, data, and product quality
Led consumer products, platforms, or digital ecosystems at significant scale
A demonstrated record of growing retention, engagement, and user value
Systems thinking — can assemble an architecture across products, users, and data
Grew strong product leaders instead of keeping decisions to themselves
Thinks in outcomes for the user and the business, not roadmap length
Builds a team instead of carrying it alone

Conditions

Fully remote role open to candidates based in Europe or Cyprus
Global team collaborating from Limassol to Seoul and Boston to Berlin
