Description

A consulting and services group with over 20 years of history, 600+ specialists and 70M+ revenue is strengthening its HRIS division and hiring an SAP SuccessFactors integration consultant for projects and application maintenance engagements. The consultant works closely with internal teams and client HR and IT departments on the assigned SuccessFactors modules. The role spans requirements gathering and workshops, solution design and configuration, unit and integration testing, go-live preparation, support and training, plus ongoing monitoring of SuccessFactors releases and best practices.

Responsibilities

Present the SAP SuccessFactors solution to client teams for the assigned modules
Gather business needs by participating in and/or facilitating workshops with clients
Analyze needs and identify solution elements to configure in response
Identify adaptations needed for other HRIS modules and interfaces, then coordinate them with internal and client teams
Document the workbooks
Carry out configuration in SAP SuccessFactors for the assigned modules
Coordinate peripheral adaptations such as other modules and interfaces with the relevant teams
Prepare and execute unit tests for the assigned scope
Participate in planning and steering of HRIS deployment projects
Coordinate exchanges with internal teams, the software publisher and client teams
Track effort, risks, action plans and project milestones
Prepare and execute integration test campaigns
Manage anomalies in coordination with the teams
Ensure compliance and quality against business and IT requirements
Prepare go-lives together with internal and client teams
Document go-live plans
Execute go-live plan actions in coordination with the various teams
Analyze questions, anomalies and evolution requests raised by client teams
Handle requests according to agreed communication, documentation and deadline commitments
Train internal or client teams on using SAP SuccessFactors
Contribute to continuous improvement of the assigned scope
Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates: releases, notes and innovations
Advise clients on best practices
Contribute to internal communities and firm assets such as templates, standards and documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and/or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with one or several modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation
SAP certifications in one or more SuccessFactors modules
Strong domain expertise in Talent Management, skills management, recruitment or training is a plus
Solid skills in integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules
Autonomy combined with teamwork and a strong ability to analyze and understand client needs
Rigorous and conscientious, with easy integration into a team where communication matters
Fluent English required for international projects
