Description

An AI-first deeptech startup in preventive health is hiring a Digital Growth Lead to build its marketing platform in-house, end-to-end: acquisition, conversion and retention. The role owns digital sales performance from first impression to renewal across paid media, SEO and GEO, tracking and attribution, plus an AI-first content machine. It is a hands-on senior position reporting directly to commercial management, for someone who builds systems rather than applies ready-made e-commerce or SaaS playbooks.

Responsibilities

Own digital sales performance from first impression to renewal and build repeatable systems
Define the paid acquisition strategy for a premium product: optimization events, audiences and account structure
Run campaigns hands-on with a controlled acquisition cost per segment
Test new channels and formats before everyone else
Establish the brand as the reference cited by Google and AI engines on preventive medicine
Structure social content on LinkedIn and Instagram plus email and SMS sequences for clients and prospects
Turn referrals into a system: referral programme and renewal marketing
Design a measurement chain for advertising through to the signed contract
Feed bottom-of-funnel data back into platforms so algorithms learn what really converts
Make attribution reliable channel by channel
Use the internal knowledge base of medical content, research, protocols and customer insights to produce fast, accurate, verified content
Orchestrate Claude and AI tools to adapt formats: static and video ads, posts, emails and landing pages
Design acquisition journeys together with the tech team
Hold the editorial calendar, medical approvals and brand standards

Requirements

Hands-on paid media across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, including account structure, event strategy and a fine reading of ad algorithms
Advanced tracking skills: GTM, server-side, Conversions API, offline conversions, attribution, with real RGPD and health-data awareness
Strong SEO understanding, plus concrete knowledge of GEO and visibility in AI search engines
Daily use of AI tools like Claude to produce, analyse and automate, and ability to build workflows with n8n, Zapier or similar
CRM and marketing automation experience, HubSpot appreciated
Writing in French and English and an instinct for premium brand codes
Ability to absorb a complex subject such as preventive medicine, research and protocols and turn it into accurate messages for very different audiences
Testing culture: hypothesis, experimentation, measurement and data-driven decisions
Builder mindset, comfortable without established processes, creating systems rather than waiting for them
Willingness to work embedded with doctors, sales, tech and management rather than in a silo

Conditions

Fixed salary plus variable component indexed on acquisition performance
Workplace in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris
Permanent contract with immediate start
Direct reporting line to the commercial general management
Supporting team across tech, data, doctors and a Medical and Scientific Committee
First-class AI tools and freedom to choose your own stack
Measurable and visible impact on the company's growth
Preventive health check-up included as a perk
