Description

FMC is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to own day-to-day performance of lead-generation campaigns for Dentistry Practice Services. The role plans, builds, launches and optimises campaigns across prioritised paid channels, email and landing pages, working closely with Brand, Sales and RevOps. This is a hands-on individual-contributor position: you manage campaigns and performance, not a team.

Responsibilities

Turn commercial priorities into targeted paid-search and social campaigns, email nurture and database reactivation
Own delivery from audience and channel planning through launch, reporting and improvement
Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across prioritised paid channels, email and landing pages
Improve landing pages, forms, campaign offers and nurture journeys
Test tracking and lead routing so enquiries reach the right Sales or Account Management owner with useful context
Track lead volume, cost per qualified lead, conversion and pipeline contribution
Explain which campaigns produce useful demand, not simply clicks, impressions or cheap form fills
Run structured tests on targeting, hooks, creative, calls to action and page experience
Brief Brand on the variants needed, apply approved changes and turn evidence into the next decision
Review lead acceptance, demo attendance, objections and opportunity progression
Improve acquisition and follow-up journeys including agreed Denplan campaigns with authorised audiences and messages

Requirements

Track record of running digital campaigns that generate enquiries or sales opportunities, including budget ownership and lead quality
Strong hands-on capability in at least one paid platform such as Google Ads or Meta, with understanding of how paid activity, email and landing pages work together
Analytical confidence to interpret conversion rates, cost per lead and cost per qualified opportunity, distinguishing performance issues from tracking or lead-quality problems
Organisation and independent follow-through to manage campaign priorities, control spend, meet deadlines and resolve issues without repeated reminders
Commercial curiosity and customer judgement to question weak results and propose practical improvements
Dental experience useful but not essential
