Description

Duetto, a PE-backed SaaS company for the global hospitality industry, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own the strategy behind its demand generation and expansion engine. The role sits within the Growth Marketing team and covers global multi-channel campaign design, ABM, nurture and expansion strategy, regional localization, MarTech optimization and AI-first campaign operations. This is a strategic role focused on designing campaign architectures and making budget trade-off decisions rather than just executing plans.

Responsibilities

Design the strategic framework for global multi-channel digital campaigns — defining audience strategy, channel mix, sequencing, and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content syndication
Make commercial trade-off decisions on where to invest and where to pull back — analyze performance, identify diminishing returns, and reallocate spend based on what drives outcomes
Define campaign architectures across the full bow-tie — from awareness and lead generation through nurture, conversion, and customer expansion
Brief the Content and Creative team on what's needed and why, setting strategic direction for campaign assets
Design and execute digital ABM campaign strategies targeting named accounts and account segments with enterprise and sales teams
Architect multi-touch ABM plays that blend paid media, personalized content, email sequences, and retargeting
Stay current on the latest ABM tactics, platforms, and approaches — from intent data providers to personalization at scale
Define ABM measurement frameworks at the account level — tracking engagement, pipeline influence, and progression
Design and optimize nurture strategies across both acquisition and expansion, fixing friction across the full bow-tie
Define the campaign strategy for customer expansion — designing upsell, cross-sell, and adoption campaigns
Make data-informed decisions on where to focus conversion optimization effort for greatest commercial impact
Own the analysis of campaign and channel performance, turning data into strategic recommendations
Define how global campaign strategies should be adapted for local markets and where to maintain global consistency
Provide strategic performance analysis by territory for regional teams and leadership
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the marketing technology stack across campaign platforms, CRM, and lead routing
Ensure campaign infrastructure supports the strategic ambitions of the growth team
Champion clean data practices and campaign hygiene across the database
Use AI as a core part of how you design, plan, and optimize campaign strategies, from audience research to scenario planning
Bring an AI-native mindset to campaign strategy — asking how automation and agentic workflows can raise decision quality and speed
Contribute to how the Growth Marketing team adopts AI in day-to-day work — testing new approaches and sharing what works
Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut — keeping the bar for strategic quality and targeting precision high

Requirements

5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations with demonstrable campaign strategies that drove measurable pipeline and expansion revenue
Demonstrable experience designing and owning digital ABM campaign strategies with targeting, engagement models, and measurement frameworks
Proven ability to make commercial trade-off decisions across paid media, email, nurture, and content syndication
Experience designing marketing campaigns across both acquisition and customer expansion
Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and programmatic/ABM tools
Background in B2B SaaS preferred — but strategic thinking and commercial instinct matter more than sector match
Strong campaign strategist who designs campaign architectures and defines audience and channel strategies
Data-informed decision maker who interprets performance, draws conclusions, and makes strategic recommendations
Commercially minded — makes trade-offs with pipeline and revenue outcomes in mind
Clear communicator able to present strategic recommendations and brief creative teams with precision
Curious and proactive — stays ahead of changes in digital marketing and brings recommendations unprompted
Comfortable balancing multiple campaign strategies across channels, regions, and commercial objectives
Embraces AI as part of how you work, using it to think faster and make better strategic decisions
