Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager supports the delivery of two key technical programmes at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust: implementation of a new unified data model across all SCFT systems and the SCFT Wayfinder integration project supporting the NHS App. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to an agreed quality that meets business needs, with effective engagement with staff at all levels to facilitate role and business process redesign. The postholder also supervises and appraises staff, develops the team and acts as a role model for project managers.
