Description

The company is the leading ERP solution for cleaning businesses in the DACH region and is now building the best AI-ERP solution on the market while scaling to >10M ARR and expanding upmarket with an AI-first approach. As Full Stack Engineer you ship new features in the core product and in Paula, the AI product, from problem definition through to production. The team works full agentic: tasks are planned, implemented by agents, reviewed and tested — every change going live is owned personally

Responsibilities

Ship new features in the core product and in Paula, the AI product
Understand the real problem with the Product Lead and design the solution
Implement solutions across frontend and backend and bring them to production
Own what you have shipped also in production
Develop scheduling, time tracking, payroll and invoicing for cleaning companies
Connect Paula deeper with the core product and make AI behavior reliable and traceable
Develop interfaces like DATEV export, imports and integrations that connect customer processes to the platform

Requirements

First professional experience as an engineer (approx. 1–3 years)
Ownership: you have already built something yourself and brought it live
Agentic work: you build software with agents (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) and can explain what they produce
Full-stack fundamentals: frontend, backend and database
Solid knowledge of Python
Experience with Angular, PHP or MongoDB
Clean Code knowledge and how to build scalable systems
Interest in B2B SaaS, operational software or field services
Understanding of current frameworks for agent development
