Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual output across our venues, moving seamlessly between quick-turnaround weekly content and bigger, more considered campaigns for artist nights and special events. The role covers stills and video/motion content, with heavy use of AI-powered creative tools in the everyday production pipeline. You'll translate brand and event briefs from Directors and Heads of Department into flyers, social assets and video that feel current and true to each venue's identity.

Responsibilities

Designing weekly flyers and promotional assets for distinct venue brands, each with their own visual identity and audience
Producing short-form video content — reels, stories, promo edits — alongside stills
Using AI tools such as Magnific as part of the everyday workflow for ideation, asset generation and production speed
Leading design for special one-off artist nights and big events with more time and scope for distinctive creative
Balancing high-volume weekly turnaround with higher-touch campaign work
Taking briefs and direction from Directors and Heads of Department, and iterating quickly based on feedback
Ensuring visual consistency and quality across both venues while allowing each brand's identity to come through
Staying on top of visual trends in nightlife, music, fashion and culture and bringing that awareness into the work
Managing your own time and priorities across multiple concurrent briefs and deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within nightlife, music, hospitality, fashion or entertainment
Strong portfolio demonstrating both stills and video/motion work
Confident hands-on experience with AI creative tools as part of a real production pipeline, not just experimentation
Solid grounding in core design tools — Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CapCut
Creative extension of the existing marketing teams, working collaboratively on ideation and strategy for all content
Excellent taste — an eye for what looks current, credible and right for a nightlife audience
Genuine interest in and knowledge of the nightlife, club and music industry
Ability to take direction well, ask the right questions and turn briefs around fast without losing quality
Comfortable working across brands with different tones and audiences
Strong time management — able to juggle weekly recurring work with bigger one-off projects
Collaborative attitude and openness to feedback from senior stakeholders
Nice to have: experience designing for club, festival or live event brands
Nice to have: a personal network or presence within the nightlife and music scene
Nice to have: photography or videography skills for shooting your own content on-site at events
Nice to have: experience with social-first content formats and platform-specific best practices

Conditions

Based in London or willing to travel to London for meetings & workshops with teams bi-weekly
Flexibility for out of hours working
