Description

Signal AI is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team as an in-house creative on a maternity cover basis in Lisbon. The role shapes how the brand shows up across web, presentations, social, ads and video, including defining visual standards, templates and brand guidelines. It is a hands-on, high-ownership position that also involves coordinating website content and CMS work with agencies and engineering.

Responsibilities

Design marketing assets including web pages, digital ads, presentations, social media content, and one-pagers
Support company-wide creative requests balancing quick-turnaround needs with strategic campaign work
Own the company website operational role, coordinating with agencies, engineering, and stakeholders
Manage web content changes and CMS systems such as Webflow
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines — typography, logo usage, color systems — across all teams
Build and maintain reusable templates such as decks, one-pagers, social formats, and HTML email templates
Collaborate with teams to translate their needs into clear creative briefs and deliver on-brand work
Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns and company communications

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple asset types
Strong video editing experience — this is essential for the role
Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Runway, and emerging AI design tools
Experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems
Comfort switching context between fast, simple requests and longer strategic projects without losing quality
Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow (a plus)
Experience designing HTML email marketing templates (a bonus)
Self-starter who proactively identifies gaps in creative processes and builds systems to solve them
Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across teams with different needs
Excitement about learning new tools and techniques in a rapidly evolving design landscape

Conditions

In-house role covering a maternity leave position
Based in the Lisbon office
Inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued
