Head Of Cro

A fast-growing DTC e-commerce employer is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across the site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. This is an all-in-one role: set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners. The company operates as a lean, fully remote senior team scaling from $50M+ toward $100M+ annual revenue across two pet-care brands.
