Description

Neho, one of Switzerland's leading real estate brokerage companies, is hiring a Head of Product at its Lausanne headquarters. Reporting to the CTPO, the role owns the digital product function across the Neho and Strike Advisory brands and leads a team of 3 Product Managers and 2 UX/UI Designers. This is a hands-on leadership role setting product direction for the company's next growth phase.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals and growth plans
Prioritise the roadmap based on customer value and business impact, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders and the whole company
Build a deep understanding of customers, the market and competitors, and turn those insights into product decisions
Own product quality and the customer and user experience across all products
Define product metrics and use data, experimentation and A/B testing to validate ideas, de-risk decisions and measure success
Set the bar for product and design, coach the team to it, and champion a culture of outcomes over output
Hire, develop and retain a high-performing team with clear goals and growth opportunities
Partner closely with Engineering on what to build and in what sequence, balancing value, effort and timing
Work hand in hand with the commercial, operations and marketing teams
Develop and launch new products that open up new revenue streams
Champion a product culture of outcomes over output, evidence-based decisions, and clear ownership
Build a robust product discovery and prioritisation process
Deliver successful product launches that move customer and business metrics
Foster strong, low-friction collaboration between product and engineering

Requirements

Senior product leadership experience, ideally owning a product function across multiple products or business lines
Proven experience building and leading product teams, including product managers and designers
A strong track record of shipping successful products that delivered measurable value, across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Technical fluency combined with data savviness and a keen design/UX sensibility, able to engage credibly with engineering and design
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coaching skills, and strong commercial acumen
You own your decisions: you make clear calls under ambiguity and take full responsibility for the outcome
Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU/EFTA citizens or existing valid Swiss work permit holders)
Background in real estate, mortgage, brokerage, marketplace or fintech
Experience with consumer-facing or hybrid digital + human service businesses
A track record in a scale-up environment
French and/or German skills and experience in a multi-regional context

Conditions

A true leadership role with ownership of the product vision, roadmap and team across two brands
Direct impact on the digital experience of property sellers, buyers and mortgage clients across Switzerland
Close collaboration with the CTPO, Engineering and commercial leadership
A unique career opportunity to join a fast-growing and award-winning scale-up in real estate
Flat hierarchies, quick decision-making processes, and freedom to work autonomously
An energetic team spanning offices in Lausanne and Zurich plus a remote engineering team in Romania
An entrepreneurial, innovative culture that values transparency, fairness and strong team support
Hybrid working model with 2 days home office per week
Competitive benefits including 5 weeks of vacation plus extra days based on tenure
Fully paid maternity/paternity leave, remote work options from abroad and regular team events
