Description
The IT Product Delivery Manager connects product, business and engineering teams, translating complex business priorities into actionable requirements and driving initiatives from discovery through delivery. The role works with modern technologies and cross-functional teams to improve processes, solve business problems and deliver high-quality digital solutions. It sits within the CIO (IT) department in a team of six collaborating with colleagues from different offices.

Responsibilities
Translate product priorities and complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
Analyze finance and B2B workflows, identify dependencies across processes, data, systems, roles, and controls
Apply technical fluency to understand APIs, data flows, interfaces, automation, and system boundaries
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, QA, and Technical Leads for handovers, progress, and release readiness
Challenge requirements, maintain alignment with product strategy, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
Communicate clearly and transparently with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
Solid understanding of software development, engineering practices, product management, and backlog management
Experience with complex B2B or operational processes, ideally in finance, ERP, payments, billing, accounting, or internal platforms
Experience coordinating projects or product deliveries and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills to challenge assumptions and frame problems to identify practical solutions
Confident communication in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional teams; German is a plus
Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, integrations, automation, and system dependencies
Conditions
38.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday with flexible flex time
Home office up to five days a week
Minimum monthly gross salary of €3,500 including a 20-hour overtime allowance
