Description

An IT services and training company specializing in corporate IT education, recruitment and technology outsourcing is hiring a Senior Marketing Growth specialist. The role owns Klaviyo across two online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce: setup and segmentation, retention and reminder flows, repeat-purchase automation, store growth and analytics. The position includes direct reporting to management and marketing, a permanent contract with fixed pay plus a target bonus.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Klaviyo across the two online stores
Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and WooCommerce: sync course catalog, customers, orders and events (viewed, added to cart, checkout started, purchase)
Configure the sending domain, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), brand templates and lead capture forms
Design segmentation: new vs returning, VIP vs non-VIP, inactive, by technology area and by store
Adapt Klaviyo's English flow templates to Spanish and to the online training context
Build first-purchase thank-you and bounce-back flows (email + SMS and email + WhatsApp) to turn occasional students into repeat buyers
Set up first purchase anniversary messages with personalized discount to reactivate students
Create thank-you flows with separate paths for new and recurring customers
Build customer recovery flows in standard and email + SMS versions for inactive students
Send price-drop notifications for courses viewed or added to cart
Send reminders about limited seats or stock: last spots, end of cohort or promotion
Notify VIP and non-VIP customers about restocks and new cohorts in advance
Run cross-sell and upsell flows after each purchase: next level, full pathway or related certification
Create post-course flows: ratings, reviews and complementary training recommendations
Complete the remaining key flows: welcome, abandoned cart, started checkout and abandoned browsing
Define and execute the growth plan: subscriber acquisition, conversion, repurchase and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Plan the campaign calendar: course launches, Black Friday, back-to-school and fiscal year close
Optimize CRO of course pages, checkout and landing pages on Shopify and WooCommerce
Coordinate paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO together with email and SMS
Run A/B tests on subjects, content, offers and send times
Measure every flow and campaign: open rate, clicks, conversion and attributed revenue
Build KPI dashboards per store and report monthly to management
Ensure RGPD and LSSI compliance: consents, unsubscribes and clean lists

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on eCommerce and CRM / email marketing
Proven experience configuring Klaviyo from start to finish: integrations, flows, segments, forms and campaigns
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce (WordPress)
Results orientation and command of analytics: GA4, attribution, cohorts, LTV
Excellent written Spanish for email and SMS
Autonomy to work remotely with clear goals
Nice to have: experience in training eCommerce, eLearning or digital products
Nice to have: Klaviyo Certified or equivalent certifications
Nice to have: knowledge of SMS and WhatsApp marketing
Nice to have: proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS for email templates
Nice to have: mid-high level English

Conditions

Flexibility: work 100% remote or from the Madrid office, you choose
A project with direct business impact and autonomy to design it
Competitive salary based on experience (band to be defined) and bonus tied to growth targets (to be confirmed)
Access to the technology training catalog for your professional development
A close-knit team specialized in technology and training
Permanent contract
Fixed salary plus bonus
Direct reporting to Management and Marketing
