Description

PandaDoc is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of its Document Experience in an AI-driven world. The role owns strategy and execution of core document experiences, combining structured content, collaboration, and intelligent assistance into cohesive workflows. This is a senior hands-on role guiding multiple squads and cross-functional partners across design, engineering, AI platform and core platform teams.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences
Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion
Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences — including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation — with a focus on real user outcomes
Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows
Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models that enable scalable experiences
Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry
Shape the long-term direction of the Document Domain, ensuring flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across document creation, productivity, collaboration, or content platforms
Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end — from strategy through delivery and iteration
Familiar with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content)
Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including defining UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage
Comfortable integrating AI into workflows thoughtfully, focusing on measurable user outcomes rather than standalone capabilities
Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools
Demonstrated AI fluency — using AI for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation, with strong judgment to translate ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences
Strong communicator who simplifies complexity, frames trade-offs clearly, and aligns cross-functional teams
Pragmatic and execution-oriented, balancing experimentation with prioritization and delivery discipline
Comfortable partnering with deeply technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints

Conditions

Salary range 31,000-40,000 PLN per month for candidates based in Poland
Comprehensive benefits for team members and their families, including Multisport Card, LuxMed healthcare and UNUM life insurance
Onboarding benefit allowance for necessary work equipment and setup
6 self-care days beyond standard Polish vacation entitlements
Wellness, learning and development budgets
Employees may be able to purchase company stock or receive annual bonuses
Work-life balance and creative virtual team-bonding events across a globally distributed team
