Principal UX Designer

IRIS Recruitment is hiring a Principal UX Designer, also framed as a Principal Product Designer, to lead a strategically important product area from its earliest stages. This is a hands-on senior role with significant autonomy, a genuine 0-to-1 opportunity in financial products around accounting, bookkeeping or payments. The designer works with customers, product managers and engineers to turn ambitious ideas into simpler customer experiences, owning design end-to-end from problem discovery through adoption, London-based or remote, full time.
