Description

A European fintech is hiring a Product Builder Intern – Growth for its Berlin office. The intern takes growth initiatives from first idea to live feature, building AI-native features, conversion journeys, and landing pages with Cursor and Claude. The role covers SEO and AEO work, maintaining the Sanity CMS and Next.js website, and partnering with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and launch AI-native features, conversion journeys, and landing pages — writing production code with Cursor and Claude, from concept to go-live
Improve how the company is found in search engines and cited by AI assistants through structured data, content architecture, page performance, and the knowledge hub
Maintain and further develop the Sanity CMS and Next.js website — schemas, components, and templates — so product and business teams can ship on their own
Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to drive initiatives forward and share what you learn across the team
Form a hypothesis, build it with AI coding tools, put it live, and measure what it moves

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Built and shipped something real — a website, app, tool, or automation — and can show it
Read, write, and review code with confidence, ideally JavaScript/TypeScript and React, and work with Git
Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude every day
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; think in funnels, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes
Passion for fintech, AI, and new technology; verify AI output before it ships in a regulated financial product
Proactive and hands-on ownership of features end to end, bringing own ideas and managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills; explain technical work clearly to non-technical colleagues and build relationships across teams
Fluency in German and English
Full-time availability for minimum 3 months and ability to travel to the company's HQ in Berlin

Conditions

Hybrid working options with travel to the Berlin HQ
28 vacation days and two additional days off on December 24 and 31
High-quality equipment: MacBook, display, and headphones
Monthly lunch allowance, healthy office snacks, and exclusive employee investment benefits
Ownership and learning in an innovative, multi-award-winning company on a growth trajectory
