Description

The company is hiring a Product Designer for its Customer Lifecycle team to turn sensitive, regulation-driven account moments — restrictions, suspensions and closures — into experiences that feel simple, fair and trustworthy. The role owns features end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance, Ops, Legal and Content Design. The designer runs research, reads the data, scales the design system and applies AI to framing, research and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end, leading design from discovery to delivery with Product Managers and Engineers
Design with compliance, turning regulatory requirements into clear humane flows with Compliance, Ops, Legal and Content Design
Run user research, read the data and translate insights into solutions customers actually need
Design systemically: advocate design best practices, use the design system and support its scaling
Use AI in framing, research and prototyping while keeping quality, compliance and craft intact
Take part in design critiques and workshops that keep the team improving

Requirements

2+ years of experience shipping digital products that went live, ideally within cross-functional product teams
Structured product thinking: unpacking a problem before jumping to a solution and explaining trade-offs with reasoning and data
Strong craft: portfolio showing intuitive flows, refined interfaces and real attention to detail
End-to-end ownership of projects from discovery through delivery and iteration, not just the mockups
Constructive persistence: bringing ideas forward and building trust with cautious stakeholders when a proposal first gets a no
Openness to AI: using it to move faster while knowing where designer judgement has to take over
Nice to have: experience in fintech or another regulated domain

Conditions

High-impact scope on sensitive account journeys that directly shape customer experience
Room to grow as the team's remit expands in 2027 to cover new integrated services
Regular coaching from the Product Design Lead, an onboarding buddy and a clear career path
Experienced distributed team across Milan, Berlin, Paris and Barcelona built on autonomy and honest feedback
