Description

CreatorIQ is hiring a Product Manager to own SafeIQ, its always-on brand safety system used within creator marketing programs for global brands and agencies. The role owns in-app brand safety review workflows, AI classification thresholds and explainability, and compliance areas including FTC disclosure, music licensing, alcohol age rules and GDPR. The product manager works closely with data science, Legal, Trust & Safety, engineering and GTM teams distributed across NA, EU and APAC timezones.

Responsibilities

Own the in-app brand safety review and workflow experience end to end, shipping, measuring, learning and repeating
Decide how AI classification reaches people: severity, categories, thresholds, review states and false-positive handling
Work with data science on what models look for across audio, video, images and text
Keep a human in the loop and make every flag explainable and auditable
Own compliance beyond content risk: FTC sponsorship and ad disclosure, music licensing and rights clearance
Handle legal drinking age rules for alcohol promotion and GDPR and regional privacy requirements
Work with Legal, Trust & Safety and regional compliance stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory change
Understand business nuance for API contracts, webhook payloads and data models with engineering
Work with GTM on positioning, packaging and enablement so what we sell matches the product

Requirements

4+ years in product management or equivalent technical product ownership in B2B SaaS
Good product taste: able to tell good UX from AI slop and say why
Critical and independent thinking without taking model output or stakeholder requests at face value
Able to turn dense ambiguous regulatory or licensing requirements into workflows engineers can build
Knowledge of AI classification pipelines: inference, confidence thresholds, false positives and negatives, human review
Comfortable with API contracts, webhooks and role-based access well enough to write requirements with engineers
Cares about solving real user problems rather than shipping features for their own sake
Curious, self-driven and low-ego, owning the product end to end without waiting to be told
Comfortable working with distributed teams, most work is async across NA, EU and APAC timezones
Nice to have: experience with trust and safety, content moderation, risk scoring or compliance tooling
Nice to have: experience with multimodal AI, content classification or ML evaluation workflows
Nice to have: experience with regulated content and privacy rules such as FTC, GDPR and CCPA
Nice to have: experience shipping customer-facing APIs, webhooks or enterprise integrations
Nice to have: familiarity with social media platforms, martech or influencer workflows

Conditions

Flexible work model combining both in-person and remote work
26 days of vacation, floating and company holidays
Wellness benefits and paid parental leave
Comprehensive medical, life and business travel insurance
Participation in Poland's Employee Capital Plan (PPK)
Stock options as part of the equity-sharing program
Work from home stipend to assist with setting up a home office
Learning platform with training and tools from the first day
