Description

The employer is a leader in operational quality management for automotive, aerospace, defense and rail industries, with 10,000 employees in over 25 countries. The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Group IS Program Manager and collects and analyses requirements from Product Owners for IT tool evolutions, turning them into use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria. The role supports the construction of the Group Digital Factory in an international context, working with development teams in Morocco and QA teams in Romania.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyse requirements issued by Product Owners for IT tool evolutions
Prioritise needs and define them as use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring their quality
Audit and update functional processes
Analyse and make recommendations on functional evolutions
Write functional specifications and get them validated with the POs and the senior BA
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies
Supervise implementation, configuration and interfacing of the software
Communicate on the progress of user stories and use cases
Define acceptance plans and test scenarios with the Quality Assurance service
Perform integration tests and support the test team
Identify errors and write anomaly reports
Ensure compliance of deliverables
Write IS reference frameworks and documentation

Requirements

Engineering degree and master's level qualification
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector
General knowledge of new information technologies and UML conceptualization
Advanced level of English required for the role
Solid knowledge of agile SCRUM methodology
Sensitivity to change management is expected for this position
Basic knowledge of Spanish and proficiency in SQL are assets
Willingness, perseverance, communication, teamwork and analytical skills
Engineering degree and master's level qualification

Conditions

Regular national and international travel is essential for the role
Close collaboration with development teams in Morocco and QA teams in Romania
