The role covers the full analytics stack — pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives — with AI treated as a default way of working. The analyst will shape commercial strategy, board reporting and growth while coaching colleagues toward self-serve analytics.

Responsibilities

Ship the full stack of analytics: pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives using AI
Build AI into how the team works: prompt workflows, AI-assisted analysis in Hex and automation
Coach colleagues so self-serve means people using AI and Metabase confidently
Work with leadership on the big commercial questions and turn marketplace understanding into analysis
Use BigQuery and Hex to spot acquisition opportunities and build analyses showing platform value
Uncover how care providers use the platform through experiments to understand cause and effect
Work with Finance to optimise processes, ensure accuracy and support board reporting
Scope ad hoc requests before committing time and build self-serve dashboards

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong SQL skills to review, question and fix generated queries
Practical AI fluency using Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Hex AI in day-to-day work
Commercial mindset with ability to understand business context and drive action
Exceptionable problem-solving skills, thriving on ambiguity and abstract requirements
Proven experience influencing stakeholders from technical teams to non-technical commercial leaders
Numerical and statistical aptitude with ability to explain methodology clearly
Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase and Hex helps but is not essential
Marketplace or GTM experience is a plus; B2B, B2C or consultancy backgrounds work too

Conditions

Salary £60,000 – £80,000 plus a very generous EMI share offering
Hybrid work with 2 core office days per week
26 days holiday plus bank holidays
Office location at London Bridge, London, UK
Early hire at a fast-scaling Series A startup with stock options and fast career progression
Opportunity to grow into a strategic data leader working side by side with leadership
4.9/5 employee review score on Glassdoor
