Description

A growth partner behind European tech unicorns such as Trade Republic, Sennder and Kry is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to strengthen its analytics team in Berlin. The company operates as a SWAT team spanning marketing, sales, data, tech and people ops, delivering measurable impact for partners and clients. The daily work focuses on creating value from data by supporting and advising internal and external stakeholders on all data topics, in close cooperation with the Data Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Consulting clients on data initiatives, from identifying strategically relevant topics to operational implementation for data-driven business understanding
Deriving recommendations for action and project plans from data, communicated convincingly to senior stakeholders on the client and internal side
Coordinating and technically guiding Data Engineering & Science on data warehousing, ML and AI projects
Further developing consistent tracking and data collection on client and server side, plus a unified client-specific data infrastructure
Providing and activating data for business decisions in close collaboration with our clients

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally in a dynamic environment with a consulting or agency background
High level of emotional intelligence to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
Solid experience in at least one specialized data domain such as marketing analytics, product analytics, data governance or customer analytics
Professional command of data analysis and modeling tools, including SQL and dbt
Expertise in at least one area of the MDS stack: data collection (Google Tag Manager, Segment), data integration (Fivetran, Airbyte), databases (Snowflake, BigQuery), data modeling (dbt, DataForm) and activation (Looker, Metabase, PowerBI, Census)
Fluent in German and English is a must
