Description

The company is building a unified, high-touch operational platform for an ultra-luxury concierge business, replacing legacy tool sprawl with an enterprise-grade ecosystem. The system runs on a Modular Monolith architecture with a NestJS (TypeScript) backend on AWS, serving a Back Office Admin Panel, a Member Web App and React Native mobile apps. It integrates complex asynchronous communication pipelines, AI-assisted operations, spatial and vector databases, and strict role-based access controls.

Responsibilities

End-to-end feature development: design, build and deploy full-stack capabilities across the NestJS API backend and React/React Native frontend surfaces
Backend architecture and domain logic: develop modular NestJS domain services, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specs and resilient third-party integrations (Twilio, Klaviyo, Google Places/Maps, Attio CRM, Shopify)
Frontend application engineering: build complex high-density administrative interfaces in ReactJS (pnpm/Nx workspace, TanStack Query, typed contracts) and cross-platform mobile components in React Native
Database and search: implement relational schemas and query optimizations in Aurora PostgreSQL (TypeORM/Prisma), including spatial proximity search (PostGIS) and vector embedding indexes (pgvector for AI retrieval)
Security and RBAC implementation: enforce staff and member identity controls (AWS Cognito, Google Workspace SSO), resource and field-level authorization guards and audit mechanisms for sensitive VIP data
Asynchronous processing: support event-driven ingestion and notification workflows powered by EventBridge, SQS, Lambda and Webhooks

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with TypeScript end-to-end across backend and frontend environments
Backend mastery: strong production experience with NestJS (Modules, Guards, Interceptors, Pipes) and Node.js
Frontend mastery: deep experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, modern UI patterns) and React Native (iOS and Android)
PostgreSQL expertise: relational database design, complex SQL queries, migrations, and ORMs such as Prisma or TypeORM
Advanced AI usage and vector search: LLM APIs and providers (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), vector search databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant), and RAG architecture
AWS and infrastructure: hands-on experience with managed AWS services (ECS Fargate, S3, Cognito, EventBridge, SQS, KMS, Secrets Manager)
State and data fetching: proficiency with asynchronous data fetching libraries like TanStack Query / React Query, REST APIs, and typed API client generation
Authentication and RBAC: experience implementing multi-tenant auth workflows (OAuth2, JWTs, SSO federation) and strict permission matrices

Conditions

Udemy courses of your choice
Team-buildings, events, marathons and charity activities to connect and recharge
Workshops, trainings and expert knowledge-sharing that keep you growing
Clear career path
Absence days for work-life balance
Flexible hours and work setup: work from any of listed locations and organize your day your way
