Senior Full Stack Engineer

An early-stage, VC-backed technology company is building an AI-native operating system for the insurance industry, automating highly manual workflows by turning unstructured communication and data into structured, actionable processes. The engineer takes ownership from idea through architecture, implementation and production across both frontend and backend. The key requirement is genuine AI-native experience: working with LLMs, RAG and AI systems and shipping them into real products rather than simply using AI coding assistants.
