Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and SDETs across the team

Conduct exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover edge cases beyond automated suites

Requirements

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (bachelor's level minimum)

Highly proficient in C# for test automation with strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks such as RestEaze, Postman, Playwright, SpecFlow or similar
Experience testing Windows and web based applications and understanding of UI automation frameworks
Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms for pipeline integration and test reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex, cross-layer defects
Experience with and understanding of how AI and machine learning concepts can be applied within a quality engineering context
Plus: experience in the gaming or sports technology industry
Plus: knowledge of radar, computer vision, or sensor data systems
Plus: golf knowledge or broader sports interest

Conditions

Senior, high-impact role directly shaping the company's quality engineering culture and practices
