Description

Tieto Tech Consulting is looking for a (Senior) Fullstack Developer to build end-to-end digital solutions together with customers. The role spans the full technology stack, from architecture and technology choices to implementation quality across frontend and backend. You will join around 280 employees in Austrian locations plus a global team of 8,000 colleagues, delivering cloud-native solutions on hyperscaler platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement high-quality fullstack solutions for customer projects
Work directly with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend applications
Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance and maintainability
Participate in customer workshops, agile ceremonies and solution discussions
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Design and implement cloud-native web solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure
Contribute to architecture decisions and introduce new tools, frameworks and practices
Take ownership of technical solutions from concept to production

Requirements

4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React and/or Angular)
Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Java and/or C#)
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases and cloud services
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and coding agents
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Curious mindset with willingness to learn and share knowledge
Very good German and English skills
