Description

A social media management platform used by over 31,000 marketing professionals worldwide, built by an international remote-friendly team of 130+ people across 15 countries. The company is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the Conversation scope: unified inbox, moderation, social listening and alerting — the only area without a dedicated designer. The role centers on turning ill-defined product problems into testable prototypes within days, defining AI interaction patterns and strengthening the design system. The position is based in Paris with two days of remote work.

Responsibilities

Turn a hypothesis into a manipulable interface, from sketch to a wired prototype in the Angular codebase
Design the features of your scope, from a poorly defined problem to the spec handed to developers
Define interface patterns for AI-proposed features: progressive answer display, review and validation of suggestions, user takeover and transparency about machine-generated output
Raise the quality of the first mockups produced by PMs and close the gaps between mockup and shipped screen
Use the design system precisely, report what it is missing and add the missing components yourself
Test new design tools and make reusable by the team whatever can help our velocity

Requirements

5+ years in Product Design on B2B software or complex professional tools
Comfortable reading code and choosing the right design tool for the context (proto code, vibe coding, Figma, Lovable)
Already designed and enriched a design system
Uses AI tools daily, long enough to have a reasoned view of their limits
Autonomous, able to move from one domain to another without long context ramp-up
Professional French and English

Conditions

Position based in Paris with two days of remote work (Monday and Friday)
Talent Acquisition Specialist accompanies you at every step of the process
Structured five-step hiring process: recruiter intro, VP Product, design team, culture fit with CEO, reference call
