Description

Haut.AI is a BeautyTech startup combining scientific research and AI to deliver personalized skincare solutions, backed by leading European VCs. The company is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the core product: an AI-powered skin analysis SaaS platform used by beauty brands, retailers, clinics, and wellness apps. The role covers end-to-end design across consumer and B2B experiences, powered by AI tools and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for the SaaS platform: discovery, user flows, prototypes and shipped UI
Design the consumer-facing skin analysis experience: capture, results, skin scores and product recommendations across web and mobile, customizable per client brand
Turn complex AI and scientific output into interfaces people understand and trust, including moments of AI uncertainty or poor input like photo quality or lighting
Design the B2B side: client dashboards and analytics, configuration and customization tools, recommendation management and team access
Work with Engineering on embedding the solution into client websites and apps
Prototype fast using AI tools to test ideas with users, clients and engineers before they reach the backlog
Run usability tests and competitive research, backing design decisions with product analytics, session recordings and client feedback
Evolve and maintain the design system so the team ships consistently across products and platforms

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on product design experience with a portfolio of end-to-end work shipped on web and/or mobile
Experience designing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products, including complex dashboards, admin tools or configurable white-label experiences
Experience designing AI-powered products such as AI analysis, recommendation or personalization experiences
Strong command of AI tools: LLMs and AI design or prototyping tools (Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude) for research, prototyping and automation
Product thinking: define success metrics with the PM, measure impact of work and iterate based on it
Strong written and spoken English to present work clearly to internal teams and clients
Highly autonomous and proactive with a strong bias for action in fast-paced startup environments
