Lead large initiatives or multiple concurrent projects with autonomy
Bring an AI-native workflow to design craft: research synthesis, rapid concept generation, prototyping, and content exploration
Explore how AI-powered features like personalization, triage, guided decision-making could become part of the product itself
Translate where sexual health care is headed into concrete product direction with Product and Clinical
Define a longer-term vision for the category and design the connective tissue between today's app and future state
Deeply understand the needs, anxieties, and behaviors of people seeking sexual health care
Participate in customer research, testing, and iteration to reduce stigma and build confidence at every step
Partner with Design, Product Managers, Research, Clinical, and Engineering to drive projects from start to finish
Communicate decisions and process with clarity and empathy to stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years in a UX or Product Design role, leading design alongside cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Research
Hands-on experience designing with AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow, or strong enthusiasm and aptitude for adopting one
A holistic approach to design, from category-level strategy down to pixel-level detail
Comfort designing for sensitive, high-stigma subject matter with empathy and discretion
A self-starter who is solution-oriented and comfortable defining, scoping, and designing new opportunities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present decisions and process clearly and confidently
Enthusiasm for growth and feedback, and the ability to work well with designers of all levels
Adaptability and excitement for working in a fast-paced environment
Solid visual craft with an eye for detail
Expert proficiency in Figma
