Strategic end-to-end product role owning the claims domain of an insurance suite, from first notification of loss to payout. The position shapes how insurers handle claims digitally, in automated and customer-friendly ways, driving rule-based and AI-supported automation. It runs structured discovery, writes sharp requirements together with Engineering and QA and measures feature success data-driven, with AI embedded in everyday work.

Responsibilities
Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the claims area from FNOL to payout
Design claims process automation: rule-based and AI-supported checks, dark processing and efficient workflows to settlement
Run structured discovery processes and write sharp requirements for fast, high-quality shipping with Engineering and QA
Actively integrate AI into daily work with structured prompts, automated feedback pipelines and data-driven specs
Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and customers and measure feature success data-driven
Design smooth collaboration in the claims process from status communication to task management and dynamic document templates
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, InsurTech or FinTech environments
Experience with claims processes or insurer core systems is a strong plus
Strong operational drive, clear outcome orientation and real ownership from day one
AI fluency with reusable prompts, AI-supported data analysis and automated workflows
Solid knowledge of agile frameworks, requirements engineering and PM tools like Jira and Figma
Excellent analytical skills and negotiation-level German and English (C1)
