Description

Fundraise Up is investing in a Lab to explore new product lines and step-change growth opportunities, run like a small startup inside the company. As the Lab's first and only permanent owner, the Senior Product Manager personally drives discovery, experimentation and early delivery with Engineering and Design. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to VP, Product, with real authority to make explicit Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill calls based on evidence.

Responsibilities

Own the Lab portfolio with a clear hypothesis, expected upside, effort, dependencies, owner and next decision point for every bet
Set a repeatable prioritisation method weighing signals, confidence, upside, GTM dependency and effort
Design experiments that can fail cleanly with explicit kill criteria and a 4–8 week experiment plan in your first months
Run fast and ship just enough using spikes, prototypes, Wizard of Oz tests and pilots
Turn outcomes into crisp Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill decisions with lightweight decision logs and learning summaries
Secure Engineering and Design support per bet and set a working cadence for each top-priority initiative
Flag GTM dependencies early and drive alignment across teams on positioning, enablement, pricing, legal and support
Hand over winners cleanly with validation evidence, remaining risks, success metrics and a recommended scaling plan
Work AI-native using AI for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis while keeping judgement sharp

Requirements

Senior PM experience in 0→1, incubation or new bets, or an equivalent track record
Strong product judgement and technical fluency: you write specs and reason about feasibility, trade-offs, instrumentation and data needs
A proven record of running fast, scrappy experiments and moving from ambiguity to decisions
Comfort as the driver, with minimal delegation and maximum ownership
Strong written communication: concise decision logs, learning summaries and alignment artifacts
Practical use of AI as leverage for research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis
Fluent written and spoken English
Launching early-stage products into market with measurable adoption or revenue signals
Working closely with GTM teams on positioning, enablement and early go-to-market motion

Conditions

Reports to VP, Product
31 days of paid time off
100% paid telemedicine plan
