Description

This is a technology-powered logistics company that combines an easy-to-use platform with expert services to make shipping simple. The Senior Product Manager owns strategy, roadmap and outcomes end to end for product areas that customers and colleagues use every day. The role leads cross-functional agile teams with developers, UX designers, analysts and AI engineers, applying AI wherever it makes the product better.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and roadmap for your product areas based on customer research and market insight
Work with operations, sales, finance and customers to find the problems worth solving
Frame problems in data so engineering and data teams can pick them up and measure success
Own delivery from idea to daily use: accountable for the plan, the scope, the quality and the result
Apply AI where AI makes sense, set the quality bar for AI output and the systems to monitor it
Help shape how product management is done in the company: set standards, share what works and coach colleagues
Lead product areas as product leader of cross-functional agile teams reporting to the Chief Product Officer
Drive the investments in your areas and stay accountable for the results

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including products taken into production and operated afterwards, ideally with AI-powered features
Track record of owning outcomes: what your products delivered in adoption, cost savings or revenue
Hands-on fluency with current AI models, agents and tools, including having built and tested a prototype yourself
Ability to explain to a non-technical audience what AI does well, where it fails and what the risks are
Strong customer discovery and problem framing, and a data-driven way of working
Ability to persuade and align people without formal authority, from team to leadership level
Logistics experience is a plus, not a must
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, and fluent English

Conditions

Hybrid role in Rotterdam, with teams in the office 2 to 3 days a week
Open to candidates living in the EU who are willing to relocate to the Netherlands
Work permit sponsorship and a relocation package for candidates moving to the Netherlands
Good secondary benefits including 25 vacation days, pension contribution and in-office breakfast
Employee stock option plan and a yearly budget for personal development
Autonomy and ownership of product areas in a flat hierarchy with a multicultural team
You will hear from us within one week after applying
