Description

Thinkproject is a construction software platform company that combines a mature portfolio of solutions with an innovative platform and a Connected Data Ecosystem. The Senior Project Manager coordinates the implementation and managed operations of the Thinkproject business solution, managing timelines, risks, revenues, costs and all stakeholders. The role covers project leadership, progress and performance management, team coordination, portfolio governance and stakeholder communication across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to successful closure applying established project management methodologies and best practices
Take responsibility for tracking project progress, controlling scope, timelines and deliverables
Manage documentation including project plans, charters, budget forecasts, project logs, tracking tools, change management and risk mitigation
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams with resources aligned to project objectives
Define clear project scope and establish measurable goals and milestones
Adhere to Program Governance and report directly to the Project Director or Project Sponsor
Provide regular updates to internal teams and external clients on progress, issues, exceptions and potential risks
Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, contributing to business planning, portfolio prioritization and innovation roadmaps
Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

Completed education at HBO or WO level or equivalent
Construction industry background is highly desirable
5-10 years of Project Management experience, at least 5 years as Project Manager/Lead managing and leading projects and teams individually
In-depth understanding of industry software solutions, best practices and service delivery standards, familiarity with the TP portfolio is a plus
Project Manager certificate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master are a plus
Strong knowledge of the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors regarding the asset management lifecycle
Experience with software implementation projects
Experience navigating complex, politically sensitive environments with effective stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Team player with leadership abilities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
