Description

Inetum is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager for strategic projects delivered to a major national administration. The role covers the full delivery lifecycle of application projects, including maintenance of Java and React web applications, within a multi-project environment. The manager leads teams of 5 to 10 developers and coordinates with client business stakeholders and project leads.

Responsibilities

Pilot a team of 5 to 10 developers
Ensure daily relations with business stakeholders and client project managers
Animate, unite and support the project teams
Organize and plan activities while ensuring deadlines and commitments are respected
Carry out estimates and costings in collaboration with technical teams
Track project progress, workloads, spent amounts and remaining work
Identify risks, set up associated action plans and monitor them
Prepare and run steering and follow-up committees
Produce the necessary reporting for stakeholders
Actively participate in continuous improvement of project management processes, methods and practices

Requirements

Significant experience in IT project management with results commitment and team leadership experience
Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and V-cycle
Good understanding of application architectures, APIs and web environments
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD and software quality issues
Expertise in estimation, planning and budget tracking
Awareness of cybersecurity, compliance and data protection challenges
Natural leadership and ability to unite teams of 5 to 10 people
Excellent analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in the public sector or public procurement markets is a plus
Command of project steering indicators: KPI, quality, capacity, velocity, risk management
Experience on Java and/or React development projects
