Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Working knowledge of Swift and Kotlin to support integration within existing native architectures
Experience delivering hybrid mobile features in environments with large native applications
Understanding of cross-platform performance considerations, constraints, and architectural patterns
Experience scaling hybrid solutions across large engineering organisations
Deep familiarity with native module bridging for both iOS and Android
Experience with WebView-based solutions in mobile contexts
Exposure to complex enterprise mobile environments with multi-team ownership
Ability to evaluate feasibility rapidly and articulate architectural trade-offs
Practical experience guiding teams through hybrid adoption
Strong cross-platform communication skills
