Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

A hands-on, high-autonomy role owning Google Ads end-to-end: scaling spend across GDN, Demand Gen and Search while hitting CPS and ROAS targets. The manager runs weekly creative testing cycles, solves long-standing Demand Gen and GDN audience problems, and builds a semi-automated, Slack-driven campaign management layer. The business is an 8-year-old, profitable health-focused DTC company working fully remote with flexible hours.
