Description

Helion B2B is restructuring its Search & Social team around AI-assisted execution and LLM visibility. The role has two tracks, today roughly 60/40: running paid search for B2B clients and owning the technical AEO track — structured data strategy, LLM visibility audits and agentic readiness. As demand shifts, your time deliberately shifts toward AEO.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns against client KPIs and budgets
Drive keyword, market, and competitor analysis and turn it into actionable recommendations
Build testing frameworks and propose new campaign structures
Convert search metrics and technical knowledge into business and pipeline impact
Understand and support the continuous build-out of AI workflows for automation
Own structured data strategy, schema guidance, and agentic readiness
Run LLM visibility audits and turn them into prioritized client roadmaps
Track and measure client presence in AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
Collaborate cross-functionally while supporting the implementation of solutions, owning the what and why
Support clients in implementing a clear LLM visibility plan end to end
Build reports that speak to business goals, not channel metrics
Support client communication, strategy meetings, and pitches
Conduct paid search and LLM visibility audits for potential clients

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SEO or Paid Search experience
Fluency in both Danish and English as hard requirements
Tangible experience with AEO: experiments, schema work, audits or side projects
Understanding of B2B: long sales cycles, pipeline over lead volume
Comfortable communicating with clients in Danish and English
B2B context within Paid Search is a plus
Nice to have: HubSpot, N8N or similar tools

Conditions

Full-time position based in Copenhagen or Aarhus
Work with people among the very best in Denmark within their fields
Constant development and an ability to shape your career as you go
Join at an exciting growth stage with plenty of opportunity for responsibility
Ambitious group of people who want to be the best B2B agency in Europe
