Description

A B2B SaaS provider of AI-based project and portfolio management platforms is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Châtillon near Paris. The role covers deployment and operational maintenance of client and internal solutions, including infrastructure components, data encryption, authentication systems, backups and environment compliance. It also includes level 2 and 3 SaaS support plus improvement and automation of the solutions and procedures in place.

Responsibilities

Deploy solutions and keep them in operational condition
Create and update operational procedures
Set up infrastructure components and virtual machines for client and internal projects
Set up data encryption measures
Deploy and maintain authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) following the accreditation matrix
Set up the required interfaces
Manage backup solutions and the disaster recovery plan
Provide deliverables ensuring compliance of client environments with quality processes
Provide level 2 and 3 support for SaaS operations
Improve and automate the solutions and procedures in place

Requirements

Engineering degree in computer science (Bac+5 level) or equivalent
Good working command of the English language
Strong ability to work in a team while staying organized and autonomous
Ability to explain technical work and interact with non-technical profiles
Proactive mindset with willingness to propose improvements
