Description

Automated B2B travel agency serving maritime, aviation and energy clients is hiring a remote UX/UI Designer for its corporate booking platform. The role focuses on simplifying booking flows for travel coordinators who process dozens of trips a day, prototyping fast with AI tools and shipping within an existing design system. The designer works side by side with a Product Owner and reports to the Art Director in a remote European team.

Responsibilities

Start every feature by understanding the coordinator: who they are, what they are trying to get done, and where it hurts today
Design the whole flow, including empty states, errors, and what happens when a process fails
Build clickable prototypes in Claude Design or a similar tool in hours rather than days with two or three real alternatives
Prototype with our real design-system components so engineers and AI coding agents can lift the result almost as-is
Stay with the feature through the build: review what engineers built, explain your reasoning, and polish the details before release
Make each screen light, uncluttered, and precise, with micro-animations and transitions where they help

Requirements

At least three years designing B2B or SaaS product experiences that shipped to real users
A portfolio that shows user flows and the reasoning behind them, including edge cases, not only finished screens
You can explain a design decision from the user's goal and pain, and you change your mind when the evidence says so
You prototype with AI design tools (Claude Design, Figma Make, or similar) as part of your normal way of working, and you can judge and fix what they produce
You work within an existing design system and know when a new component is needed and when it is not

Conditions

Fully remote within roughly three hours of Central European Time
Competitive compensation package, details will be shared by HR during the process
Work with a remote team across Europe and nearby regions
