Responsibilities

Design and evolve user journeys of the applications in close collaboration with Product and Technical teams
Translate complex business needs into simple, readable and intuitive interfaces, from first ideas through mockups and prototypes
Take part in feature acceptance to guarantee the ergonomic and visual quality of the final product
Structure, enrich and evolve the Design System of the product suite
Ensure strong consistency across modules with clear, reusable and documented design components and rules
Ensure consistency and quality of the visual identity across all communication supports
Create content for social media, white papers, marketing campaigns, sales presentations, events and institutional materials
Develop more dynamic formats such as video, motion design, short-form content and new digital formats
Experiment with new creation tools, especially AI-based ones, to improve quality and production speed

Requirements

Around 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design in a B2B software environment, ideally SaaS
Experience working on complex interfaces with the ability to simplify without weakening the experience
Solid UX culture combined with strong graphic sensitivity: visual hierarchy, typography, colours, composition and finish quality
Mastery of Adobe, Figma and the main graphic design tools
Plus: experience in video, motion design, WordPress and generative AI tools
Enough understanding of web integration constraints, accessibility and components to design realistic, technically usable interfaces
Comfortable working with artificial intelligence
Quickly understand a need and propose a relevant answer
Challenge a request rather than simply execute it
Move easily from a Product issue to a communication topic
Work autonomously while collaborating with very different teams
Care for detail without losing sight of the global objective

Conditions

Join a growing company with more than 25 years of experience
Take on real responsibilities that will challenge you daily
